Hello my name is Susie. I am a self-taught cookie artist and baker. My love for baking started about ten years ago as a hobby and slowly became a part-time business.

I've taken a number of online baking classes to help improve my skills with cupcakes, cakes, and cheesecakes. As a small business owner, I know it is imperative to invest in my knowledge to help my business grow.

Sugar cookies are my best sellers. I love to decorate cookies with royal icing. It is therapeutic for me, they help me clear my mind. I'm sure they can do the same for you. I find it rewarding to see customers' reactions to their custom orders. This is why I created a class to teach others my tricks and tips.

My online classes are designed to teach beginner and experienced bakers. They are designed to teach you step-by-step techniques and skills that include video tutorials and written recipes with instructions. I do this because we all have different learning styles. This allows you the flexibility to select which option you prefer.
